HK469

HK469 is a bipolar Hall switch and designed using CMOS technology, offers high sensitivity and low power consumption. It combines a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, signal amplifier, chopper regulator, schmitt-trigger, and push-pull output. This sensor excels in temperature stability, stress resistance, and sensitivity, operating within a 2.7-5.5V voltage range. Available in TO-92S and SOT23-3L packages, both compliant with ROHS standards.

HK451

The HK451 is a versatile Hall-effect switch sensitive to both south and north magnetic poles, offering a wide 3.5 to 60V power supply range. It integrates key components like a voltage generator, temperature compensation, signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and open collector output. The switch responds by toggling between low and high outputs when the magnetic flux exceeds its operating point (Bop) or falls below its release point (Brp). It's available in TO-92S and SOT-23 packages, meeting RoHS environmental standards.

HK421

HK421 is a unipolar Hall switch chip with high voltage resistance and high sensitivity, which is designed by bipolar semiconductor technology. The chip is composed of voltage stabilizing unit, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier circuit, temperature compensation circuit and Open collector output circuit. Working mode: input Magnetic flux density and output digital voltage signal. Provide TO92S inline packaging, SMT SOT23-3L packaging, and all packaging meets ROHS standards.

HX810

The VICORV's HX810 adopts over current protection with high bandwidth dynamic offset cancellation technology. In the absence of a magnetic field, the static output can be selected as 50% VCC or a fixed value of 2.5V. The internally integrated dynamic imbalance elimination circuit ensures that the sensitivity of the IC is not affected by external pressure and IC packaging stress.
