The HK466 is a low-power omnipolar Hall effect switch made using CMOS technology, sensitive to both south and north poles. It includes essential components like a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, amplifier, chopper regulator, schmitt-trigger, and push-pull output. Offering strong temperature stability, stress resistance, and high sensitivity, it operates from 2.5V to 5.5V. It's available in TO-92S and SOT23-3L packages, both meeting ROHS standards.
