HK506

The HK506 is a highly sensitive unipolar Hall switch chip, designed using advanced BCDMOS technology. It features temperature compensation, a precise comparator, and a strong output driver. This sensor series is ideal for both industrial and automotive applications, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 30V. It comes in various ROHS compliant packages like TO92S and SOT23 and has passed AEC-Q100 certification for automotive use.
