The HK508 is a highly sensitive unipolar switch chip ideal for industrial and automotive use. It handles temperatures from -40°C to 150°C and voltages from 2.7V to 30V. With TO92, SSOT23, and SOT23 packaging options, it's RoHs compliant and AEC-Q100 certified for automotive reliability.
