The HK510 is an ultra-sensitive unipolar Hall switch chip built on advanced BCDMOS technology. It offers temperature compensation, a robust comparator, and an output driver. Mechanical stress has minimal impact on its magnetic properties, making it ideal for industrial and automotive applications. It operates in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 150°C, with a supply voltage of 2.7V to 30V. Available in TO92S and SOT23 packages, all RoHS compliant. AEC-Q100 certified for automotive use.
